Katy Jones

Global Programs Director - Volunteers & Social Enterprises

As Global Programs Director, Katy manages Days for Girls' global volunteer programs. She organizes partnerships, oversees projects, and works with each of DfG's country programs to advance menstrual equity all over the world.

Katy was thrilled to join Days for Girls full-time after 3+ years of service as our USA Country Coordinator and Global Resources Manager. Katy has ⁣⁣more than 19 years of women's health experience in roles ranging from labor and delivery nurse and nurse educator, to working with high-risk mothers in maternal fetal medicine.

Katy is passionate about women's health: within a week of her first introduction to Days for Girls, she became certified as a DfG Ambassador of Women's Health and led a distribution to a tiny village in the Yucatan. That experience opened her eyes to the life-changing impact of menstrual health access and education.  Ever since, she has dedicated her days and nights to advancing the mission of Days for Girls.

Katy is inspired by the opportunity to make a generational impact in girls and women's lives.  She lives with her four wonderful children, an adventurous husband and a fluffy white dog.  In her free time, she enjoys laughing, completing century bike rides and baking.
